We do not collect information specifically related to your lifestyle preferences, religious beliefs, personal history or other demographical categories.

We will only use your personal information for purposes that would reasonably be considered to be in your interests. If you feel that we have breached this commitment or you become aware that your information is incomplete, we encourage you to contact us so we may resolve your concerns.
We ask that you provide us with your contact details so we are able to reach you when we have investment ideas to offer you. We do respect your right to privacy however and will not continue to contact you should you so request. We ask that you allow your financial advisor access to your personal information so as we only contact you with investment opportunities that genuinely interest you.
We may disclose parts of your personal information to related third parties such as our clearing and settlement provider FinClear Services. We will however only disclose the parts of your information FinClear require to perform their services efficiently. We do not sell or disclose your personal information to external organisations.
Maintaining your information so it is current and accurate
We try our best to maintain your personal information so it is as accurate as possible. If you feel that your information is incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete then we encourage you to contact us so we may update it.
Keeping your information secure
In order to protect the personal information that you provide us with we have security measures in place. These include technological barriers that prevent the theft of your information electronically. We also keep your information secure internally within Veritas and access is only granted to those employees who require it or have been authorised to view it at your request.
Third party service providers of Veritas to whom we may need to supply your information are required to have suitable safeguards in place to protect your privacy.
If your personal information is no longer needed, we will permanently remove all records of it. We will however keep records that we are required to by Law and may disclose this information if we receive a court order to do so.
Accessing your information
You may request access to your information at any time by contacting us. We will endeavour to allow you full access but should a legal or administrative impediment deny you this then we shall supply you with an explanation as to why. We appreciate your understanding where full access is not able to be granted.

When you access Veritas’ website, we keep a log of your computer’s information. This is an administrative procedure and we do not attempt to identify you or obtain any information about you in this way.
